Shipping & Returns
Marigold Records offers tiered flat-rate USPS media mail shipping on all domestic orders according to weight. International orders will be charged standard USPS First Class international shipping table rates. Orders received by 12PM PST (Monday - Friday) will be processed within 1-2 days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays.
We do not refund shipping on international orders that fail due to customer error. Marigold is not liable for items lost in the mail. If an item's tracking number shows as delivered, we are no longer responsible for said item. You will need to contact your local USPS office for assistance. Prior to shipping, we take the utmost care to ensure that the product that you are receiving is in pristine condition. Marigold is not liable for any cosmetic damage that may occur to the record while in transit (torn shrink wrap, bent corners, ruined box, etc).
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final.

Once sent out and shown as delivered, you must contact your local USPS office. Marigold does not accept returns from customers who later change their mind after receiving their order.
In the event that a product you have purchased is defective, or is the incorrect item, please contact us by email at email@example.com within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your name and your order number along with your description of the product and the defect. Marigold will look into the matter and we may contact you for further information and/or we may ask you to return the unused item to us for inspection. If Marigold determines that the product you purchased was defective, or the incorrect item, we will be happy to replace it for the same item (subject to availability) or we may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund for the purchase price you paid.
In general, be aware that it may take approximately thirty (30) business days for a credit card refund to be processed and your financial institution will likely take approximately ten (10) business days to reflect a refund transaction to your account.
